WebMoney transfer is the global payment system available for all people worldwide.
WebMoney Transfer is not a banking system and payments within the system are not
connected with bank transactions, so you do not need a bank account to join
WebMoney.
To be able to send/receive money via WebMoney Transfer you need to download and install
WM Keeper Classic. It is special software installed on a user's PC. You can
download it on WebMoney Transfer site.
WebMoney(WM) is e-currency kept in WebMoney purses (high security electronic
accounts). Payments are made through the transfer of a specified number of
WebMoney. All payments are made instantly.
WebMoney uses several types of WM:

WMZ equivalent to USD and kept in Z purses

WMR equivalent to RUR and kept in R purses

WME equivalent to EUR and kept in E purses
You can deposit money into your WebMoney purse in several ways:

Bank funds transfer

Money orders (make your money order payable to an official agent of the system;
the specified amount will be converted into WM and transferred to your purse
automatically)

WM transfers received from other WMT users
WebMoney Transfer charges 0.8 % of the transaction amount, but no less than 0.01
WM. It is free to transfer WM from/to purses of one and the same user.
